This policy explains what personal information NAYRA s.r.o. (“NAYRA”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit nayraleads.com or apply to work with us, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We’re based in the EU, so we handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovak data protection law, and we extend the same protections to visitors from the United States and elsewhere.

2What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in our application or contact form, we collect the details you provide. That typically includes your name, email address and phone number, and business information such as your offer’s average order value, your current revenue and marketing setup, how often you publish content, and your revenue goal. Only share what you’re comfortable sharing; the form tells you which fields are required.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, our host records basic technical data when you load a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time. This is standard server log data used to keep the site running securely.

4Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it to do their job. These include:

5International data transfers

Some of the providers above are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU/U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your data protected to EU standards.

6How long we keep it

We keep application and enquiry data for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we’re required to keep it longer to meet a legal, tax or accounting obligation. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls that limit who on our team can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to guard against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9United States and California residents

Many of our visitors are based in the U.S. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request access to or deletion of it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. 10Children

This site and our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party sites (for example our social profiles). We’re not responsible for their privacy practices, so check their own policies before sharing data with them.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know.
